Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish for an exchange, simply return the item(s) in its original condition (including all original packaging) within 20 days of receipt. Place item(s) in the original shipping carton, or any kind of packaging that protects the item (i.e.: padded envelope, box). Include a copy of the invoice in the package. To help us serve you better, please indicate on the back of the invoice the reason you are returning the item(s) (i.e.: incorrect item, wrong color, not what you were expecting, etc.).

A refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handling fees, within 5 business days of receiving your returned order. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. Return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are issued to the same credit card number used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed within seven business days.
